Tanzania Travel Guides and Tips

Tanzania is a truly beautiful country, created by the merger of Tanganyika and the neighbouring island of Zanzibar. It offers a unique return to human origins, beyond deep knowledge of nature and its laws. The famous Olduvai Gorge offers unique finds of the oldest ancestors of man and his stone tools. There are so many natural parks in Tanzania that you wouldn’t even count on one hand. The most visited are the Serengeti, Arusha or Ngorongoro crater parks. Tourists from all over the world come to these protected reserves to watch the unique natural spectacle – wild African animals in their natural environment. The country is also famous for its beautiful lakes full of flamingos and other waterfowl. The adjacent spice island, Zanzibar, is famous for its beautiful beaches and the ocean, full of life. A visit to the island and national parks is the most ideal way to experience this beautiful corner of the country.
