Salar de Uyuni is the largest salt plain in the world, located in the south of Bolivia and achieves respectable size over 10,000 square kilometres. It is estimated that the plain contains about 10 billion tons of salt, and each year a portion of the salt is harvested. Once a year occur in the Salar de Uyuni floods and the entire plain is filled with water. This makes Uyuni Salt Flats a huge mirror and the ideas for photos are unlimited.

Yeah,,so many ideas …it is difficult to invent something new.
Oh no, these are too funny! I love the Hulk attack with the group on top of the bus, followed by the Godzilla attack. You can see where my mind goes. On the opposite end, the photo with the Milky Way at night is stunning. I have seen some similar photos that people have taken of their visit to the Salt Plains in Bolivia. Such a cool place indeed. #TheWeeklyPostcard
Haha some great ideas for Salar de Uyuni! When I went, our group was poorly prepared for the photo op, so we made do with a bottle of rum. Found myself diving into it. Love the machete shot! #TheWeeklyPostcard

Dear, we travel as a couple and it is easy to join some groups of other travelers. For solo travelers it’s even easier (from our experience) – so don’t worry and go 🙂
